1. Our primary service goal:
Sole purpose in LandDays is to
help you, all the owners of alternative houses, to receive information,
assistance and specialized services, in order to make your property attract
more visitors and provide them with a great holiday experience. An experience
based on the uniqueness of each accommodation, based on its special
characteristics, enabling the visitor to experience something special, in a
place that is guaranteed to have much to offer.
2. Our operating ideals:
We are looking for visitors on your behalf, who
will appreciate the traditional summer and winter holidays in the countryside,
as we do. By sharing our knowledge, as Partners, we can help families, couples
or individual visitors who want to live their own dream vacation and create
unique experiences in the Greek Cretan Land. Our main goal is, our guests to
experience our special feature, Hospitality, to taste the wonderful Greek
cuisine, to get to know our manners and to give them beautiful memories, thus
creating their desire and the need to return to Crete more than once.
3. What we do:
There are many elements that we handle and
combine so that your property can be properly and efficiently disposed of to
potential guests.
We visit you at your property. There, we will
discuss, first, your questions and requirements, so that we can manage our
relationship and the management of your property with your needs in the most
appropriate way.
Then we start collecting information about the
cottage and the surrounding area. We collect real information, so that we can
market what your accommodation can really offer. We like to emphasize the local
folklore elements and the special features of your property. This helps us to
describe each house in a more intimate way when talking to guests and to help
them find more easily the one that really meets their expectations.
We collect all the necessary photos from
everything on the property inside and out. These photos should correspond to
the actual image for the current period, so that we can depict the level that
visitors will expect.
We will collect detailed information about the
description of the accommodation, which summarize what you offer with the
rental. Facts such as swimming pool, TVs, internet access, number of bedrooms,
bedding, activities, etc. We will also compile a proprietary information
package that documents the standard rules and procedures for using the
facility, such as the Hygiene ,the Health & Safety rules, ie cleaning
policy, maintenance, fire safety regulations, specific information about Covid
-19, drinking water, septic system, e.t.c.
Finally, we take the information gathered and
compose your description, which defines your competitiveness in the wider area.
We need to complete the analysis of all the factors to make sure we are using
your location properly, so that you are competitive with other similar
properties in the area. Once the above process is completed, you will be
informed in detail about the appropriate package of services from us, which
will respond, as much as possible to your own philosophy and your needs.
Then you are ready to become an Official Member of the
LandDays family!!!
4.We register your accommodation:
As soon as we collect the images, description,
prices and documentation listed above, we list your accommodation on the LandDays booking
platform, which works with popular holiday sites which find alternative holiday
experiences.
On our website www.landdays.gr, we constantly
strive and develop richer content, such as iconographic tours of Crete,
information on activities, excursions, car rental, etc., as well as the
creation of special packages, such as an organized experience "Live like
the Cretans" , wedding / christening organization etc.
We also promote our business through social
media. All of this gives you extensive promotion to the most popular multimedia
sites on the Internet, so that visitors can find your property and choose it
more easily.
Get reservations:
As a promotional and accommodation agent, we
always act on your behalf. We are the first point of contact for guests,
working directly with you to complete a residence agreement and making sure
they know everything they need to know to have the best possible experience.
The availability of accommodation is something
that will occur constantly and without exception from the communication between
us. During the months when availability is limited, any booking will always be
accepted with the consent of the Owner and LandDays
Administrator.
As the holiday season approaches, we send
additional information to guests at a specific time earlier. A map with
accommodation and information that make it easier to access is necessary.
